So many offenders leave prison with nothing – no wonder people feel reoffending in their only option. By working together we can reduce reoffending; saving the UK economy millions of pounds a year whilst giving people options other than crime and prison.

This means supporting those before and after they offend by putting the right tools in place. Police can direct offenders to the best support and provide victims with the reassurance that their needs are being met.

Overall, a reduction in offending helps everyone. No one wants to live in a community blighted by crime. No one wants to be a victim of crime. And no one wants to be caught in the vicious cycle of offending > court > prison > release > reoffending if they can be given a more positive way forward.

Our technology has been built with the needs of offenders, victims and witnesses of crime in mind. It offers the police options to issue appropriate sanctions via Out of Court Disposals without sending people to court and provides reassurance that the needs of the community are being met.

In 2023, as part of our ongoing commitment to developing new solutions, we will be launching an automated approach to Restorative Justice, for the benefit of victims of crime.
