Our platform significantly reduces the strain on court systems, police resources, and taxpayer funds by swiftly diverting low-level offenders out of police jurisdiction and into third-party care through automated case handling. The platform, on average, is saving 146 mins, per officer, per case. This not only minimises police involvement and associated operating costs, but also eliminates the need for court appearances and case file build, effectively lightening the workload and enhancing operational efficiency.

Our platform seamlessly redirects offenders away from the traditional charge/court route, towards more positive outcomes, providing alternatives including Conditional Cautions and Community Resolutions. Our in-built digitisation of the gravity matrix ensures consistent application of sentencing guidance across law enforcement agencies, future-proofing operations for anticipated legislative changes in 2025.

By allowing Police to make referrals to providers who deliver targeted diversion programmes, our solution helps to tackle low-level crime effectively while building trust and confidence.
